DELIVERY

i. Are all items ready stock?

All items are ready stocked and shipped directly from Malaysia unless stated otherwise.

ii. What is the delivery time frame?

The delivery time of your order is according to the table below. Please expect slight delays for orders shipped during peak seasons (Christmas, etc). All orders in Malaysia will be delivered via various Courier Services.


We aim to deliver within the estimated time frame indicated below but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

i. What items are eligible for returns and exchanges?

a. All products purchased on this website cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic concerns. Except for defective products in their original condition, customers are responsible for return products shipping fee and tracking. Customers have the right to return and exchange purchased and unused product(s) with defining the reason within 7 days. Exceptions are to be made for improper handling of products by customers.

b. Starwil (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where (i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion.

ii. What do I do if I have an issue with my product?

All of our products go through strict quality checking before being sent out. We sincerely apologise if you face any issues with the product.Please help us rectify the issue by filling up this complaint form: https://forms.gle/5rQkzEZBd97SHdbx9  We will get back to you with a reply as soon as possible and to rectify any issues immediately.

iii. What can I do to get a refund?

CERTIFICATIONS

i. Are your masks medically certified?

All our masks are medical grade, CE certified and MDA (Medical Device Authority) approved. Lexco face masks all meet ASTM F2100:2019 (Level 3) and EN 14683:2019 (Type IIR).

GENERAL QUESTIONS

i. Where can I buy Lexco face masks?

Our masks are available on our Official Shopee and Lazada store. You may also purchase our masks from authorised resellers and agents.

ii. How do I apply to be a reseller or agent?

Simply drop us a message through our Facebook and one of our representatives will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
